One of the most common questions we receive is about wine pairings. The fundamental principle is simple: match the weight of the food with the weight of the wine. Lighter dishes generally pair well with lighter wines, while richer foods can stand up to fuller-bodied varieties.

Try recreating one of our most popular appetizers at home:

 

Herb-Infused Bruschetta

  • 4 tripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 bsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette, sliced and toasted

Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Spoon onto toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
